I bought these fron Larry. They work. You can dry fire with them and they protect the breech face and firing pin. Thet do double duty as an empty chamber indicator. They come 10 in a pack. When they get old, just chuck it and insert a new one. John Ciccone

Much better than the old Hammerli dry fire plugs! Last many times longer. Good value. N. Young

I bought a package of these and found that they survive the firing pin hits well but the tab breaks off if they are used in anything other than my Trailside.

I use them in my GSP and they work for hundreds of cycles. A must have for dry fire practice. Great product! Chuck T

These are very good for dry fire practice. Pack of 10. They are a great compromise between hard/tough enough to last for many hits, and soft/compliant enough to be protective. They are cut away on the right side, so that they don't get extracted when you rack the slide, which is a big benefit when dry fire practicing. My only complaint with them is that the "thin" part isn't wide enough for some slides, so you have to either file down the thicker part of the flag, or live with the slide being farther out of battery. Still 5 stars, because they are still much better than any other dry fire solution I'm aware of.
