Ok, here I go. This is my first air pistol review so please forgive me for my errors.
I purchased this pistol via internet research for the most part. I did call Larry's and talked with Amanda many times about this air pistol. She was most helpful, thank you Amanda.
Initially there were a few errors regarding this air pistol, none that were the pistols fault, mostly all mine. Initially the air pistol came with the old manual. I found the pistol to be well packaged and secure and shipped in a timely manner. First things first I read the manual and noticed some discrepancies. Instead of doing the smart thing and calling Larry's about them I decided to go it alone. For those unfamiliar with this type of problem it's called arrogance. I broke the rear sight and was unable to adjust the aperture. I bought a new rear sight. I wrote to both Pardini and Larry's and received prompt replies from both with .pdf's included to help me out. I also immediately received a new up to date manual from Larry's. So now to the actual review of the Pardini K2S. I included all of this extra information to let you know that it's not a “buy it and forget it” proposition with either Larry's Guns or Pardini.
The pistol shoots like a dream. I will never ever be able to shoot to this pistols level. If I ever do shoot to this pistols ability you will see my name in an Olympic pamphlet someplace. The trigger is smoooooooooth. For me the pistol balances well in the hand and feels like a natural part of my arm. The sights are fine, not having much experience in the high quality world of air powered pistols and match shooting pardon me if I wander. As a beginner I will list what I don't like and then work up to what I do like. Just for your general information I spent 9 years in the military and qualified expert in .45 cal, 9mm, and M16.
Dislikes.
The manual. I figure I spend that much money on an air pistol the manual should cover the air pistol I purchased, not the air pistol I purchased and every pistol Pardini makes.
The only other issue I have is with the amount of air it holds. The reservoir holds 250 bar. The fill adapter is a 200 bar adapter. 250 bar is approximately 3500 psi (actually a little less) so unless I either order an extra fill adapter and machine it down so it can bottom out against a 300 bar DIN fill valve (highly recommended AGAINST by Pardidni) I am pretty much only able to fill to 200 bar unless I buy a pump.
What I like
This pistol shoots like a dream. The trigger is very smooth. I have put about 1000 pellets through the pistol and I am starting to get the triggers feel and it is very nice.
The air pressure indicator rings for the reservoir. I like these better than a pressure gauge. A top of the line pressure gauge is pretty expensive so I doubt that most manufacturers are putting these on the air reservoirs of their guns.
This is very limited which just goes to show how little I know about competition air pistols. Just an aside though, sort of a Sienfeld thing. The dry fire mechanism. Call it what it really is, it’s a safety. Shooting RWS R10’s (match grade) from this pistol costs me a whopping 2 cents a shot. I can see dry firing in a one bedroom apartment due to lack of room but to the best of my knowledge and what I learned in the military only one thing can improve my shooting. And that’s getting rounds down the range and seeing what they are actually doing. So, should anyone ask me I say buy this pistol. It’s a fine air gun.

P.S. The reason for the four stars is 200 bar DIN filler for the air reservoir that can hold 250 bar. This could be a european thing and if it is the the air pistol deserves 5 stars the.
