Terrific shooting little pistol! I shoot metal silhouette competitions. The first time I shot this pistol I had little warmup, only 10 rounds. I hit 49 of 60 targets. Now that I have some practice with this pistol (300 rounds), I am going 'clean', hitting all 60 targets, usually with less than 90 rounds (allowed 120 rounds for competition). It is also very easy to strip and clean. Yes, $1,000 is alot of money compared to models like Ruger or Browning etc, but you get what you pay for. This pistol right out of the box outshot my Ruger or Browning. And remember it is a SIGARMS, so reliability is terrific. I am outshooting other shooters using $2,000+ free pistols and custom pistols, some with optics as well. If you are in the market for an entry to mid-level competitive pistol, or just want a high grade plinker, you can't go wrong with one of these.
